Privacy Policy

What we collect. If you request a demo or sign in with Google, we keep the contact details you give us (name, email, phone, practice) to respond to you. If you buy, Stripe processes your payment — we never see your card number.
What we don't collect. The software you buy runs on your own machines. Your business data and your patients' data stay with you — they are never transmitted to LookyBox. Our AI assistant runs on our own server; conversations are not sold or shared.
No ad tracking. No third-party ad trackers, no selling of data, no analytics brokers.
Licensing pings. During the first 30 days after purchase, paid software checks its license against our server (key and machine ID only — never your business data). After 30 days it stops checking forever.
Removal. Want your contact info deleted? Email willisdennisg@gmail.com and it's gone.
Grown-ups only for buying, sign-in and demos
LookyBox is operated by adults. Purchases, account sign-in (Google, X or email code) and product demos are intended for people 18 years or older. Visitors under 18 may browse and play free demos only with a parent or guardian present. On your first visit we ask you to confirm this with a checkbox; that confirmation is a statement you make to us, remembered on your device for 30 days, not an age verification. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if you believe a child has signed in, email willisdennisg@gmail.com and we will remove the account.
