Get the depth right

Red lens: left eye. Blue lens: right eye.

Close one eye at a time. RED should be bright through the red lens and BLUE through the blue lens. The opposite symbol should look much darker.

2. Compare the three rings

The near ring should sit in front of the screen, and the far ring behind it. Keep your head level. If the order feels reversed, swap eyes.
