Task

Dichoptic setup (red/cyan glasses)

Targets go to the amblyopic eye at 100%. The basket goes only to the fellow eye at the contrast above. If the child can't find the basket, raise it until they can; lower it across sessions as suppression eases. Log records the setting per trial.

Background pattern

High-contrast stripes and checkerboards can trigger seizures in photosensitive people and migraine in others. Contrast is capped at 100% and rotation at 60°/s here. Do not use patterns with anyone with a seizure history. Stop immediately for headache, nausea, eye turn, or double vision.

Session

This is a clinician-supervised exercise tool. It is not a treatment on its own and does not replace refractive correction, occlusion, atropine, or an FDA-cleared dichoptic therapy. See the evidence card (ⓘ) for what the literature supports.
